The Forum has always worked for the common good; the sustainability group translates that claim into ecological everyday practice. It wants to make life at the Forum more sustainable ecologically and therefore socially, and to strengthen awareness of it, in the community and in the neighbourhood.
The topics range from swap markets through energy questions to avoiding waste, along with educational work. And the group looks beyond its own walls: it organises tours and meetings with other co-operatives, out of the conviction that the co-operative movement learns from itself.
