While the energy group deals with heat and electricity, Haus & Technik handles the everyday building matters: smoke detectors and heat cost allocators, drainage questions, keeping pigeons at bay, and preparing larger works on the buildings.
Since the new building and the energy retrofit things have grown quieter, but there is still work. At the moment the group is occupied with the redesign of a listed stairwell. It holds craft, design and technical experience as well as knowledge of law and administration.
