There are many bicycles at the Forum, and parking spaces are scarce, as everywhere in Kreuzberg. Bicycle allocation governs who uses which space in the cellars and storage rooms.
Like cellar allocation this is not a committee but an individual role. Raphael administers it alone, keeps track of the occupancy and gets in touch when a space becomes free.
