What is behind the numbers
The co-operative lets the 88 flats to its members, permanently and without any intention of profit. The commercial space belongs to the Förderverein, which puts the income into cultural, educational and social projects. Many of the shared tasks, from courtyard maintenance to the heat supply, the Forum organises itself.
