Deciding together, working together, celebrating together. That is not an offer, it is part of the idea.
How can you get involved?
Most directly through the working groups. There are groups for technology, energy, IT, the garden, the common room, housing allocation and more. You do not have to know everything, you just have to start.
There are also regular open meetings where new members introduce themselves and get to know the community.
